Dislikes

Admin department provides very bad process. The PF and ESIC of the employees/workers are not cut as much as they should be, on the contrary, this admin has a conjecture so that we can pay less tax by adjusting day's and employees will not even know. The pronunciation of the word available cannot be done by itself

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
