None at all...poor treatment towards employees. Get the employees to work more than man hours yet no compensation. Salaries are kept pending for a year or so in name of losses. Wouldn't recommend anyone to join here

Cordial Personal Relationship amongst your colleagues, which is purely a personal trait.

Dislikes

Haywire management style. Poor planning and management are still following 'EVENTS COMPANY' philosophy, i.e. things can always be turned up at last minute.

There is nothing to like about the company. they don't give the salary on time and mostly hold the salary for 2 month every time.

there is no policy in the company, pathetic work culture, management is very poor, and don't give the salary on time(hold the salary for 2-3 month every time)

I worked as a web designer in the company, after some time they are gave you other works those are not related to you and also not gave the salary. i got my last 2 month salary after 6 month of resigning.

They cut your good amount from the salary in the name of TDS but never deposit it... same happened with me also, Salary dates were very bad, some times the salary comes two or three months late

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
