Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

spng Group is very fomus group in uttarakhand...... Her fibre plant, steel plant, food plant are very famous. I found a huge opportunity by working in this group, they recognize my skills, during my work they saw my and that's a lot to help my growth , I started my career with this company. There's something I didn't like there, like traveling, accommodation, no leave, working full 12 hours in a day.
