I found a huge opportunity by working in this group, they recognize my skills, during my work they saw my and that's a lot to help my growth , I started my career with this company. There's something I didn't like there, like traveling, accommodation, no leave, working full 12 hours in a day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
