The Director is terribly off balance and won't take any critisism, no productive suggestions, instead, they will keep grudges and don't think about completing half an year if you are not tolerant of demotivational measures from manager side. It's a one man company with no respect to your individuality. Threatening culture is high and it will keep you responsible for everything you know and unknown, job security is zero, credit theft is more common from who ever sits at the top to manage the team, he will listen to your suggestions and won't consider it as it is, but he will make changes in your suggestions and without any self respect or shame, he will say that it is his idea.
