I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I m working under vendor, plz experience is very bad. I have loss my salary, they work all days , ot also, extra Sunday working, but on salary time the cutting. Service is not proper so that I quit this job.

Some of the teammates were good and helpful. One of the boss was supportive and motivating towards the employee.

No good salary hike even if the performance of an employee is outstanding. Issues with the timings. No variation is work and projects.
