Zero Pros in the company. Nothing great about working here.

Dislikes

Worst organisation I have ever worked. Completely sales driven company and no scope for learning and zero career growth. If you are In a support function, your work has no value. My personal experience has been pathetic with a biased manager who supports only the sales team and threatens to fire if you disagree with him. Work life and ambiance is quite chill. No pressuring from the manager. Earlier agile method was followed but now that is replaced with the waterfall model. Quarterly spot awards, team lunch/outing/movie. Free snacks and fruits/dry fruits.
