In my career one of the great company i worked. Of course it's a small company by size and employees wise but it's growing very fast. As per me who will care about the size of the company if the management and the colleagues are supportive and the company/Management have ethical values. Of course will get very good pay and hikes. The team mates are very friendly and most importantly with out any politics.We can learn new technologies team mates/Colleagues will help you by sharing their knowledge.(There are no training's as it is a small company) but we will get enough time for our family/personal life as well as for learning.
