Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I was intern in SpidronTech company for 6 months. But unfortunately they decided to stop the Intership in the middle of the 6 months, The reason they said is we are not giving you proper time to learn. I was happy to having my intership but when i got call that intership was stopped and i can't work anymore it's hurt me a lott. So i cannot say you can join or not. But overall Culture is Good.

Dislikes

3 of us intern were selected for intership. In that 2 months 2 inters were gone remaining me i worked constantly but after 4 months they stopped intership with unsatisfied reason. Im very disappointed.
