The complete environment is negative and it is driven from the top. I worked for more than 11years in this company and had a brutal exit, when I decided to move on. The behaviour changed and was so harse that it cannot be even explained in words. Very bad working culture and now the top management is worse

Work Details

Working experience was very good till the time Ms. Bhatia was working in the company. After she left. People are so afraid and do not know how to survive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
