No any guidens or support from top management they can fire candid without checking performance level

Politics in top management is higher Non technical people decide the process of work and requirement of manpower

At start ebcomes harder to come up with non-technical guys most of work is manual and no any system followed hence job of PPC person somehow hectic to silloute all work on paper
