HR for running a family commotion in work space, they only consider their loved ones especially junior HR who doesn't have an idea of the work. Run around gossiping with the people on floor. Don't know what work they should do.

Recommended for freshers to improve their skills and build their career. In IT department only the experienced candidates can be hired.For Voice and Non voice BPO process can helpful for freshers. Salary Package also not bad.
