You will get lot off opportunity's in your carrier while working with SSPL. They will gave you full freedom during work. You will get unexpected appraisal if you are doing well even that much of hike you will not get in IT. If you are fresher or at beginning stage of your career then you will not get better company then Speciality Sintered. If you are in product development or in Program Management you will get exposure with almost all Automotive OEM.....Read More

Work life balance is not that much good. You have to work beyond limits. But it's not happens every day but it will definitely happens once or twice in a month. And without any excuses you have to complete the work.. corporate policies are good but Plant HR department is worst department in the group. You have to communicate and take help from Corporate team every time.. Hr team not having value of the employees. 90% of the employees who are left from the company are only because of HR department.. All other top management, Managers, and other employees are very supportive.....Read More
