Work life balance is not that much good. You have to work beyond limits. But it's not happens every day but it will definitely happens once or twice in a month. And without any excuses you have to complete the work.. corporate policies are good but Plant HR department is worst department in the group. You have to communicate and take help from Corporate team every time.. Hr team not having value of the employees. 90% of the employees who are left from the company are only because of HR department..
