The job is secure and free to implement the ideas, experiment innovation. Only the owner is lazy to give incentives but the salary is perfectly in time. Happy to be with but everyone needs to move as a career growth or further challenges.

Less to say about but the career growth is very slow as the improvement is shown still.

Work Details

Initially it was little challenging and sometimes irritating but after handling all the problems and solving them got easier. Later the owner changed and then it was completely smooth as the owner was helpful also understand the changes for betterment.
