There is zero job security in the company they can let you resign when they want. There is no proper deadline of the projects. There is no appraisal, KRA and Comp. off given to employees. Strict Policy to work 9 hours per day. Mostly every 6 month merger happens and employees get laid off. Recently 90% of developer from Front-end Team get laid off with reason of merger where you need to sign off your own resignation....Read More

Pathetic management & finance team. Always looking to deduct money from the payroll & bonuses & never paying money on time. Hemal from finance is a major reason of lot of problems since he unnecessarily complicated simple payments. 50% of the employees were fired including me after 1verse took over. We are yet to get our FnF payments. Having followed up for more than a month now. I am afraid if the company is going to shut down, how will I get my stuck payments. Since, I know there is lot of pending payments to customers as well. New management, CEO & Finance team is doing hell level politics & not paying us....Read More
