They are very supportive and make comfortable working environment. Headcount cutting is done for survival but it is done by ever other company.

Colleagues of several departments were totally non-enthuciastic and lathargic Several People working are addicted to Dream 11, tiktok and share market at time of work. Many would not leave their desk and mobile phones till 12:00 pm several warnings from HR but people ignore. Continuous delaying of activities, wrong decision, acting against the interst of company and systematic distruction of company's chance of getting profit has caused company bear huge loss however company has supported each and every one till the time it could. Irresponsible behaviour brought this company to ground. Such people have put so dramatically negetive reviews on this page. I used to lot of travelling, which unbalance your family, friends. Too much politics, work life is good but for result oriented person. But learn a lot of new things and lessons.

I was senior engineer instrumentation. And always traveling a lot for site execution. But they will never forgive you for your mistakes.Also sparklet not given me site allowance of international site visit.
