Spar employees will be treated like worthless in Landmark group. Can't compare with the perks and appraisals with other group employees. Employees are treated like donkeys, no timings( can check the employees timings), pressure is very high and no systematic process available.

Dislikes

Timings, yearly appraisals, culture, processes, SOP, infrastructure, employee treatment, openness, health insurance, feed back mechanisms, coordination between HO and store teams. I can say this list can go on

Company and Company Employee and All Management all good and All company policies are fantastic. i am really enjoy last 4.4 years.

Facilities is very good and career growth is also good, salary increment, learning, work environment, innovation all are good . and i really enjoy..

Not at all Good environment and culture. Teammates are not Supportive and the management is not transparent. Appraisal are not fair and they not give good salary hike but they give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is no decent offer letter and play slip not matching at all they offer something and they give something and there is a no career growth in Organization. Only they want to staff work like donkey there is no humanity in management.

The job was quite interesting I struggle a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the department team.

The top management team they are so supportive to the employees. 100%job security too. Working at spar was one of my best to the best experience. It helped me lot to know about the work. There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
