I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees...Read More
