Company and management is a complete disaster. The Manager - Sawan Sharma is unapproachable, dismissive of any concerns and micromanages to an extreme degree. There’s zero opportunity for growth and it can only be achieved by catering to Sawan’s ego and he creates a highly toxic work environment where favouritism is rampant. Just be good with Sr Manager Sawan Sharma and you'll get promoted every 6 months with good increments. TTI operations is all about favourism and employees must follow the manager's orders. If you question the management, you will be terminated or targeted and with no job security or peace of mind.

Iam an pregnant lady my health condition was really bad doctor has strictly suggest not to travel, even though I submitted all the certificates they came up saying WFO is mandate they just want you to come to office even if you are in dying. Worst management

There's manager named Sawan Sharam because of him particularly him full atmosphere is getting spoiled he does favorism,if someone tells correct he doesn't like it he make them to leave company by pressurizing them and will terminate them.This worst environment is spoiled only because of him.

This company is not run by tti operations management...it is run based on decisions made by Sawan sharma and frank sganga and whole organisation acts according to their scam.
