Likes

It's Graduate Apprentice training so it's like job cum training. Good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Salary is not Good but the experience and learning you get is immeasurable.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the Job

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good.ppraisals are fair and they give good salary hik and bonnus every year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
