I worked here for 3+ yrs on joining day package(Salary) .i.e. no single paisa increment for 2-3 yrs. They only make fake promises of increments and indirectly forced you to not to join somewhere else. even they did not pay me mine Full & Final settlement amount on leaving job. Actually the company is in miserable financial position from 4-5 yrs. There is no fixed salary credit timing. There is no appraisal system. if your department perform, they will give you some benefits, if your department doesn't perform, even you do your 200% they will torture you. Wasted my carrier here. Only few people enjoy big salary in the name of "Chaplusi"....Read More
