Yes, overall Southall Travel is a great brand to work for. They are strict in their break adherence, which is okay. But their leave policies for unscheduled leave is not helpful for the employees. If one requires an emergency leave, you shell out from your own pocket. They are great pay masters, when it comes to money. But you need to wait till the 15th of every month for your salary.

Dislikes

Really strict on leave policies and break exceed. You have to shell out half day salary,if the break is over 60 minutes. No exception.
