The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i was the part of a team that markerts reliable, i leared very much from there in my personal life. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds , and we worked happily in collaboration. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Manager don't value an individual unique strength. We are doing works hard on field but the management team's not given a single appreciation to our team during my working period in the company.

Normally, my work is a bit challenging because, we are working in Naxalite areas, although the company used to guarantee us safety, some losses were not to us but there was still some fear in our mind. But the work of geoscientist is only in the field.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
