Money minded management , school is just a business for them that they got inheritance, they prefer freshers who take less money in comparison to serious experienced teachers

Dislikes

No job security, buttering ones flourish there, even though they don’t bother about taking pains of teaching students, lots of politics, and no other benefits and facilities, even salary is on lower side
