Salary will credit on the last working day. But amount may not be uniform at all times. Only Five days work.

Dislikes

Actually management is not interested to run this company. Sales and Marketing dept is for name sake only. Directors mentality is like family owned business. Company will not hear employees voice. There is no employee friendly activities from the management side. HR dept is very very week and terrible. There is no any system for the works. totally vague in the individual responsibilities.

Work Details

There is no professionalism in the work. As this is a part of US company, situation is entirely different. US treatment towards the workers is not good.
