Work Details

My work is like daily challenging which is i like.I have handled full Agro products and i have implemented Multi Tenant App(Single code multiple functionality for multiple clients) for my team. Now all application from Agro in multi tenant functionality.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
