Hi. Thank you for your review. Clarification on the Dislikes mentioned- 1.All White Collar Employees work on performance Incentives in the organization, only blue collar workers work on Over Time basis, same is informed to all candidates prior to joining the company. 2. Management is always there to guide and assist all employees in their day to day work handling, making new and modifying existing processes to help the employees. The rest depends on how well employees respond and work towards achieving their respective goals.
