Soothe health care management is no good. They are primary oriented company. They don't care about market situation. They are not concerned about how secondary sales will grow. In pandemic situation we doing our market work daliy besis. Ever we done our delivery . After doing every days market company refused to give salary to theirSO and SR. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
