Teammates are very helpful.regular trainings in every month but no career growth because is this showroom job.salary is very low but average because of Gwalior is my hometown.appraisal in every year month of january.work environment is to good .

Sony is a very good company but my career growth is not possible because of this job is showroom job .boss also good my area manager my bm.boss.and all are teammates.

My job is very good and I love my job because Sony is very good company and big brand also customer are very satisfied in this brand .but my job a only showroom job so I'm not happy.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
