Worked as contractor. Good work culture. No discrimination between contract and permanent employee.

Dislikes

Management is too ambitious and assertive. The projects they take up are without adequate resources and no proper knowledge transfer sessions to new joinee. Hence the candidate lacks clarity on the project work which leads to confusion and delay in deliverables.
