Nothing. Everything here is negative. Sonico Unit 1 higher authority is game planner.Here all in one is Director. Here director and md always use dirty language. No one employees have freedom. Working hours here 12 to 15 hrs daily. Hitler Raj here.

Everything is fine on the joining of the new employee but after a month or two the MD and Executive MD of the company always harass their employees. Threatened to be fired from the job. The senior HR of the company imposes the responsibility of his mistake on his junior. All the rules and policies in the company are there for show, in reality there is no rule and policy, when they need it, they change it according to their own<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The duty shift is said to be of 9 hours, in fact, more than 12 hours of duty has to be done daily, failing which, Executive MD Mr</mark>. Rajeev Lalwani threatens to be fired.
