The Top Line Mangers are terrible very dirty politics is going on in this company. New commers cannot survive. The most terrible is Mr Rajeev Jhunjhunwala (MD) is not behaving like hold always shout without any necessity and always you will have a unsecure feeling that your can be fired at any moment. Friends my personal suggestion don't join this organization. You will get into severe depression.

I Worked with the organization for last 6 years and I found the Organization and complete management very cooperative. Also found all collogues are collaborative and management is supportive and found very familiar environment. There are lot of things to learn in this company in future there are many aspects as the company is growing.

Nothing. Everything here is negative. Sonico Unit 1 higher authority is game planner.Here all in one is Director. Here director and md always use dirty language. No one employees have freedom. Working hours here 12 to 15 hrs daily. Hitler Raj here.

Working environment is not good. Management is also not supportive, always use dirty language with employees. Due to this here retrenchment rate is high. No one want to join here. I will also say that to everyone please don't join in any department of Sonico . Because after two or three they will terminate you. Working hours daily 12 to 15 hrs. Here shift 8 Am to 10 pm daily.
