Good opportunity for learning & skill development. Team of all departments is highly technical sound & professionally good. Due to such a large plant at same location ,anyone can explore their learning in various areas. Job security is good up-to Manager level.

High work load and excess working hours, Sunday working in multiple departments. Average working hours is 10~12 Hrs Poor welfare system- No provision of snacks along with tea, Tea quality is too much poor. Canteen facility is available but food quality required improvement. Large factory , lot of production thru contract labor , a lot of discrimination between worker and staff . Over 50 vice president doing astt manager jobs . A President level person can't pass Rs 100 expense. Only Promoters are the decision makers ,rest just wait for approvals , so technically no accountability . Salary is on time , city is a small slum so no big expenses , cost of living is low ,there is no social life away from metro. It's a waste of time .
