No work life balance Poor management Late sitting Unethical policies No Hr support Upper management does not want to improve the culture No reward and recognition No team bonding activities Alternate saturday off only and also you have to come on first saturday if it fall on 1st week of month No of holiday and leaves are very less Freedom of taking leaves are not there

Very supportive organization.....Always stands with it's employee. In this tough market condition, Top management took very impressive decisions and balanced the company. Not even balanced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown.
