1.Poor Canteen Facilities 2.Basic Facilities are not available 3.No alternate saturday off 4. Facilities Partiality may be seen between plant working staff & Noida working staff. 5. Safety less assembly working environment,no one following the safety rules. 6. Can't apply more than two leaves in a month, Sonalika needs to change leave policies.
