Among other core companies Comstar provides Saturday and Sunday Off and They're also maintaining the company's work life as same as IT culture and also provides a good salary range for freshers A lot of things can be learned from end to end here

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
