Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The company boosts youngsters to adopt a professional culture, while working. A good company to join where a person can grow and develop new skills and add extra weightage to his/her career. Upper Management handling is average, but it can be improved once taken care of it. Practical approach always need to be taken care. Happy to be a part of this company.

Dislikes

A positive bond much needed between upper management and the employees. Deserving employees must be appreciated for their hard work. Company needs a good monitoring system for their employees.
