Likes

The work life balance is one of the best as compared to other companies in ceramic industry. Salary and expenses are on time. No deduction on salary during lockdown, job security is again the best in the industry.

Dislikes

The quality of employee in the company, mediocre people sitting at high level.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
