Som Projects carries fame for MES and TATA Motors projects. Although there is a lack of guidelines from senior management, but in procurement I enjoy robust opportunity to learn and implement new tactics for project cost minimisation.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Due to poor communication and superiority complex, senior management many times fail to recognise cost effective solutions for project purchase. the engineering team are mostly college pass outs and have adverse attitude to learn and utilise modern technologies.

I am responsible primarily for procuring materials, hiring contractors, plants and machinery for TATA Motors Project, however now I have been conferred additionally with MES project purchase purchases in Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh
