Good work environment and positive people around and good culture. Good transportation facilities and canteen. Well and supportive collegue. Company has good policies and they give fair enough bonus every year. There is good environment around company and have lots of gardning space so we can have fresh air to breath.

Dislikes

Management does not take serious about employees issues. Salary is not enough to employees as per their experience and work contribution to the organisation.Career growth is very slow. We gets depressed due to low salary growth.

Work Details

My work experience is quite good and have learnt some new things. I struggled a bit but my positive and learning attitude tought me lot. I got multiple chances to show my abilities and I proved my abilities and contributed my knowledge.

I have completed 2 years in Som Auto tech Pvt Ltd . This organization meet me very intelligent persons and such type of environment to improvement my knowledge and skills .

In this organization is not bad it is develop day by day but some issue is the management are not care about employee.

My roll as a QA engineer various responsibility taken such as customer complaint handling, manpower handling, rejection analysis, dispatch ,calibration, in process etc.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
