Work culture is somewhat ok but not satisfactory.

Dislikes

Salary paid is too much less. Increment is in hundreds after 3 years. No security of job and no satisfactory service to employees.

Good workplace for fresher but not satisfiable for experience or train engineer.

Weekly two day overtime compulsory but company not paying for overtime . Sometime if reliever go to Holliday's for 30 day than we must do overtime but it shouldn't count in your payment.
