Competitive remuneration & Benefits package as per market standards, high importance to Safety at work place, co-operative colleagues, good work-life balance ( staying late for work is occasional), good work environment with little politics.

Dislikes

Focus on safety can sometimes be excessive and not really warranted in some situations which will lead to delays in work. Flat structure in organisation implies normal career growth ( fast growth is very difficult unless positions open up). Expectations in terms of generating data, presentation of work and exhibiting company values/ethics can be very high. Work Details

It is challenging in some ways because we need to look at minute details and find the root of problem. But some groups have very repetitive and monotonous work. There are some very exciting projects but others can be underwhelming. It is a mixed bag.
