My time at Solute Technolabs was deeply disappointing. The management lacked competence, fostering a toxic work environment. The Company failed to invest in Sales Teams. And the communication gap at each level of company was major. And the Dirty politics in company and the project manger is dumb he only knows how speak English other skills was zero

I'm biased but I enjoy a huge degree of autonomy in my work. But with great power, comes great responsibility. Starting out as almost kids a decade ago, I've seen lots of ups and downs at SoluteLabs. I've seen people come together, get married, women go on maternity leaves, have kids, and come back stronger. It's a different feel to it that can't be explained in words alone.

Dislikes

Because the company isn't super huge, there are times when there are limitations to how much can be done for people - and I hate that. I hope to change that soon!

There is nothing to like the company

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to attend a job interview that left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. The entire experience was riddled with the unprofessionalism and a lack of consideration for the candidates time and efforts.

The company provides you the best culture where you can learn and also upskill. The work environment is very friendly and supportive. I really enjoyed working here and would definitely recommend.

There needs to be some fine tuning in the process to be followed for project management but it is already in progress
