1. The company allows you to learn and grow without any hassle 2. Great and helpful upper management 3. Allow new people to settle and learn first. 4. give equal opportunities to all 5. Seniors are available to help you throughout the time.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

1. No salary/stipend for the intern. 2. Kind of rush sometimes. 3. Mailing and approvals systems are really not in order.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
