1) Hiring process is remains open in company 365 days in a year and you can join orgn when ever you want to make your life mess 2) Fictitious offer to joiners by HR team 3) Two department within the organization - Hiring and Firing both are achieving 100% of target 4) Flawed system made by HR Team for their own's Benefits 5)

Dislikes

1) Worst HR team and HR head in industry. Communist and dictatorship approach toward employees 2) HR Team believe in hiring people in lots and than firing them with no suitable reason. HR Treats employee as use and through objects. 3) HR head believe himself a dictator or ruler and created flawed system for own's benefits. 4) No work life balance here as people are compel to work 10-12 Hours. 5) No time for family and disturb personal life. 6) Retention is so bad that if any employee willing to leave at own will, HR First matches the packages they been offer and when employee refuse to retain , HR Puts wrong allegation of employee and hold their FnF....Read More
