Everything is bad! Pathetic and Inhuman Management and working culture.

I had a terrible experience working in Solitaire Valley ( Innovators Digital ads Pvt Ltd. ) . The lack of job security is shocking: they can terminate you without any prior intimation. The working culture is worst i have ever encountered, even in a city like Noida, you have to note down and report every min of your work. The HR policies and leave policies are pathetic. Avoid this company at all cost if you value your sanity, your life and your career growth. Cherry on the cake is management focus is to cutting the salary, you will get nothing if you give your 100% also. The management is supportive. Eventhough, the timing is fixed but we don't have to stayback to pull overtime by force. So, I like working here.
