It’s process and system driven organisation and Solitaire is becoming efficient day by day with their employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance and attrition rate is higher.

Work Details

You have to manage it , Solitaire gives priority to work and it comes from top.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
