Company Owner is very nice person...

Dislikes

Don't join NPD ,worst department, management don't get right information from senior people.very high work load.HR is non professional. He just work to get salary employees on time .Top management needs involved at bottom to find out who is working good or bad...some people are sitting full day and some people don't get time for proper lunch...

Solidus hi-tech products Pvt Ltd company is like university ,we can learn everything about product development, customer handling,SCM skills ,SQA ,MSA, and etc .But I'm not satisfied with the salary I'm earning.because we are economically poor peoples unable to pay back our education loan to bank.Thats why I'm in process of searching jobs with good responsible and earnable job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
