I see that a few of negative reviews here are of people who couldn't work as per the provided role. Well, tough luck buddies, because you just missed out working with an amazing company. Great company to work with. Organization knows what their employees want. Location is good. Great work environment. Staff is very professional and supportive. No PF but company is still working on it for considering.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within same team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
